To use the StaffBanana system, Users must register for an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Trackerteer Web Developer Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts in cases of suspected unauthorized activity.
Users agree to use the face detection time entry feature of the StaffBanana system responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users understand that facial images may be captured and stored temporarily for the sole purpose of verifying time entries.
StaffBanana is committed to protecting the privacy and security of User data, including facial images. Facial images captured for time entry verification purposes will be encrypted and stored securely. Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of facial images in accordance with StaffBanana's privacy policy.
While StaffBanana employs advanced face detection technology, Users acknowledge that the system may not be 100% accurate or reliable in all circumstances. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their time entries and reporting any discrepancies to their employer.
By using the face detection time entry feature of the StaffBanana system, Users consent to the collection and processing of their facial images for verification purposes. Users may opt-out of using the face detection feature and choose alternative methods for time entry if desired.
StaffBanana makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the face detection technology. In no event shall StaffBanana be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the StaffBanana system.
Users may terminate their account with StaffBanana at any time by contacting customer support, or by using the delete function in the application (“Profile”). StaffBanana reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary.
This section explains ownership of creative elements within the StaffBanana application ("App").
StaffBanana reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the StaffBanana system after the effective date of the amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
